When the captain has too much time on his hands he uses the great gifts he was given. Pulled pork turned out awesome and has a great flavor. Can't wait to pair it with the Million Dollar Mac that was made as well!! Thank you once again Kniestedt Foundation the anticipation is just crushing me!

This season was such a great season, it's hard to even explain how grateful we are. Yesterday more great news came in that was just awesome. About a month ago,w I finally sold Marvin the boat that started my chartering business. Yesterday the young man that bought it sent me a photo that they had him on the water catching fish once again! So glad i was able to move him on to someone that is going to put him to good use. We also last month met the family that was impacted by the tornado earlier this year. It was a very touching and eye opening experience and again we couldn't be more thankful for everyone who helped with that. We are entering the off season now but I honestly can't wait to see what next year brings! Again thank you everyone! Oh!
