Thank you to our beloved Marylou, who returned to cook for a Meatball & Spaghetti Fundraiser to benefit the Senior Center Kitchen today! Thank you as well to Laura, Jane, Shawna, Terry, Barbara and all our donors who helped make the day special. We raised $1338 for the kitchen and attendees had an amazing lunch with bingo and a raffle.

When you scan in at the senior center, not only does it help our attendance, it also enters you into a raffle! Each scan is another raffle ticket into our monthly drawing! Yesterday we did our first prize - this beautiful cookie platter donated by Doug & Joann Freeman and made by Angie’s Desserts. Lucky Shirley Furey won it just for scanning in!

From beginning through the end result, our morning and evening flower classes this week did a fantastic job! Check out the transformation from the basket and separate flowers to the final product. Great job by all and thank you to Bob Whitney for his amazing instruction!

“IT’S MORE THAN A RIDE”! Here’s our newest driver, Dave Camera, helping make people’s lives just a bit better. Our Mini Bus Transportation provides meaningful benefits to our seniors by increasing access to essential services, helps maintain independence and dignity, reduces social isolation, keeps travel affordable for those on fixed incomes, and supports families and caregivers by helping with reliable transportation for their loved ones. A huge shout out to all of our drivers for making a special difference in people’s lives.
