👁️ Effingham Techs – Eye see what you did there! 👀 This creepy, one-eyed monster is keeping a CLOSE eye on the competition... and it looks like he's already claimed his first victim! 🩸😱

💚 Effingham Patient Coordinators – Mike Wazowski from Monsters, Inc. has officially entered the competition! With one BIG eye on the prize, he's ready to scare up some votes! 👁️🏆

🏚️ Mt. Zion – Welcome to the haunted house on the hill! 🦇🌕 With creepy trees, spooky shadows, and things that go bump in the night, this pumpkin is giving us ALL the Halloween vibes! 👻🎃

🚜 Pana – HOLY COW! 🐮🐷🐔 Our Pana crew is bringing a little farmyard fun to the pumpkin patch! Complete with a big red barn, hay, and some adorable barnyard buddies, this pumpkin is UDDERLY amazing! 🌾🎃

🇺🇸 Labor Day Office Closure 🇺🇸

In observance of Labor Day, all Community Eye Care locations will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families.

After 38 wonderful years of practicing optometry—including the last 34 years caring for patients in our community—Dr. Timothy Busey has announced his retirement. His final day seeing patients will be December 31, 2026.

For more than three decades, Dr. Busey has had the privilege of caring for generations of families, celebrating life's milestones with his patients, and helping our community see the world more clearly. His compassion, dedication, and commitment to exceptional patient care have left a lasting impact on countless lives, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed to Community Eye Care.

While we will certainly miss seeing Dr. Busey in the office, our patients can rest assured that their eye care will continue seamlessly. Our experienced team of providers at Macon County Community Eye Care and Mt. Zion Community Eye Care will continue delivering the same compassionate, high-quality care you've come to expect.
