Livengood Loaves

I am super excited to be doing the Winter Market at Paige’s Crossing! Come on out next Saturday and see me and other local vendors! I’m super excited to see your smiling faces!

These two loaves are obviously not equal. The one on the left was made as I make all my loaves. By hand and knowing how my bread should feel. The one on the right was an attempt to use a mixer 😆 it did not go very well at all. I baked it anyway and while it is not a complete brick it’s pretty close. I’ll try again at some point but don’t worry. You’ll still be getting the loaf on the left on a regular basis.

The humble(ish) Chocolate Chip Cookie. Everyone knows it. Most people have a spot in their heart for it. They are not all equal though. This one has sourdough in it and that makes it the perfect combo of crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Your favorite type of cookie? Totally embodied here. You know what else? They make the perfect home baked goody to take to all of your holiday parties. Sooooo message me and bring the most delicious food to your holiday get together!

Look at that crazy looking business! This is what it looks like when you’re pouring a very active starter (that is also stiff). There’s lots of bubbles and the starter stretches and kind of looks like spider webs. Definitely have some delicious bread coming from this!
