Pregnancy is an important time to take extra steps to protect yourself and your baby from infections. Here are some simple ways to help support a healthy pregnancy:

🥩 Cook meat thoroughly until it’s well done.
🥛 Avoid raw or unpasteurized milk and foods made from it.
🍎 Wash fruits and produce before cooking or eating.
💉 Stay up to date on recommended vaccinations.
🧼 Practice good hygiene, including regular handwashing.
🐱 Avoid touching or changing dirty cat litter.
❤️ Get tested for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
👩‍⚕️ Start prenatal care early and talk with your healthcare provider about other ways to protect yourself and your baby.
