Turns out the pizza obsession started way before PZZA& 🍕
Back in 2022, Josh was making pizzas out of his home kitchen, freezing them, and handing them out to friends.
No storefront, no big plans. Just a guy who loved making really good pizza.
Little did he know, he was cooking up a whole lot more than dinner 👀
And now here we are! 🍕🐊

At PZZA&, we use Caputo Americana 00 flour and give our dough 72 hours to cold ferment. No rushing the process, no cutting corners.
