Start your morning with a 30-minute GRO flow on the sand with Jillian to open your hips, shoulders and breath. Then paddle out together with Jillian and the Island Water Sports crew for a group surf lesson, or SUP depending on the waves, and finish with coffee from Gathering Grounds.

GRO: AFTER DARK 🕯️

Halloween is a chance to play with who we are, and a moment to return to who we are beneath it all. To quiet the outside world, listen a little closer, and reconnect with our bodies, our souls, and each other.

This Friday, GRO After Dark brings both studios together for one night of candlelight, live music, movement and connection.

A new GRO experience is just on the horizon.

A new chapter for GRO, just north of home. We’re proud to join Boca Paddle as their official yoga studio partner, bringing GRO Flow, GRO Strong and GRO Surrender to a private club where movement, recovery and connection come together.

Our signature class formats, our own GRO instructors, and a state of the art infrared-heated studio designed to bring the GRO experience to Boca Paddle.

Opening November 18.
