November Highlights at Foundry Ridge Meadows
• Caregiver info sessions: ADHD on November 4 and Anxiety on November 18, both 4–6 p.m call ~ call to register or drop in.
• Clothing Cafe & Movie Night on November 25: Clothing Cafe 3–6 p.m.; movie 3:30–5:30 p.m.
• Creative & Social groups: Tuesday Freestyle Art and Thursday Q***r Social, with separate sessions for ages 12–16 and 17–24. Social Games and Neurodiversity Club run November 4 and 18.
• Wellness groups: Thursday DBT Skills Group 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. requires pre-registration. Harm Reduction Hub runs November 10 and 24, 5:30–6:30 p.m. (16+); SMART Recovery meets November 4, 18 and 25, 5:30–6:30 p.m. (18+).
• Ongoing support: Caregiver Connections, substance use support, sexual health services, Foundry Work & Ed drop-in, and Nurse Practitioner appointments are available.
• Social Development & Poverty Reduction: November 19, 2–4 p.m.
• Remembrance Day closure: Foundry is closed November 11.
