A 5th Degree International Taekwon-Do Instructor, multiple-time World Champion, and proud representative of South Africa on the world stage, Sonya brings over 20 years of martial arts experience to the mat.
And the best part? You don’t need any experience to join.
Whether you’re completely new to Taekwon-Do, a seasoned martial artist, or simply looking for a new challenge, this is your opportunity to experience world-class coaching first-hand.
