Last Friday, we wrapped up our Spring Vacation Experience in true South African style! 🔥

What better way to end a week than with a Bokke-themed braai? From good food and great conversations to plenty of laughs. It was the perfect opportunity to connect and unwind.

A big thank you to everyone who made the Spring Vacation Experience so memorable! 💙 We loved having our prospective trainees join us and getting to know the next generation of talent.

We recently hosted our three-day Spring Vacation Experience, welcoming 8 motivated prospective trainees to our firm. 💙

Over the three days, participants had the opportunity to gain valuable insight into life at Moore and explore what a career in the accounting profession has to offer.

📚 Day One featured engaging presentations and interactive sessions with our Directors, Managers and both SAICA and SAIPA trainees. Participants gained an overview of the profession, our firm and the career opportunities available at Moore.

👥 Day Two provided a first-hand look at our working environment, firm culture and the day-to-day experiences of accounting professionals, giving participants a realistic glimpse into what a career in the profession entails.

If you're considering a career in accounting, we highly recommend joining one of our Vacation Experience programmes. It's a great opportunity to learn, connect and get a feel for what life at Moore is really like.

In celebration of Women’s Day, we partnered with Wild Mongoo SA, a women-focused organisation in George, to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women in our community. 💗

We invited our team to donate essential personal care items, which were packed into Dignity Bags for women participating in Wild Mongoo’s training programmes.

Wild Mongoo currently has 50 women enrolled in their programmes and we are proud to have reached our goal of delivering 50 Dignity Bags to support these women, with additional items to be distributed to new arrivals.

Through their Wild Fire programme, Wild Mongoo empowers women to become entrepreneurs by providing training in skills such as sewing, leatherwork, beading, embroidery, printing and nail care.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed and helped us turn a simple donation into something meaningful. Together, we can help create opportunities, restore dignity and empower women to build a brighter future.
