Come rain or snow, the job must go on. What a great place to be working in and more importantly be part of a blue-chip project supplying infrastructure and communications to rural villages in the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho. Linking up clinics and schools with electricity and high-speed communications backed up by a Starlink Satcom system brings connectivity, knowledge and health to the rural people.
To love your job makes it so much easier going to the Saltmine every day.

Busy with a solar farm installation in the Mountain Kingdom, Lesotho. Five runs of 24 fibre as main links used for Communication, PLC and CCTV between the panel arrays. Total of 250 splices in the Solar farm at Ramarothole. This then links back to the local Substation at the Solar farm and then to the Main Sub at Ha Mofoka by OPGW. 15 joints totalling around 750 splices to very stringent specifications.
Great work by Mosala, one of our experienced technicians.👏👏
Nothing like a bit of internal competition between the staff to keep the standards up there.
