Interstate Bus Lines

🔥🚌 Good food, good music and a well-deserved day together!
Our IBL Driver’s Braai Day was a chance to put the routes and schedules aside for a little while and simply enjoy some time together.

There was plenty happening around the braai, with the IBL team getting involved in the cooking, sharing a meal and enjoying some live music. 🎶🥩

Most importantly, it was an opportunity to recognise our drivers and the important role they play at IBL every day. They are behind the wheel early in the morning, late in the day and across the many routes that keep our communities moving.

Thank you to our drivers for your commitment, hard work and service to our passengers. We hope you enjoyed the day and judging by the braai, nobody went home hungry! 😄🔥

🚍 IBL Private Hire | Ready for the Journey
Interstate Bus Lines recently welcomed representatives from the Toyota Cheetahs, Siwelele FC, Free State Cricket, universities, tour operators and schools to view our Private Hire buses.

It was an opportunity to see the vehicles first-hand and learn more about the different options available for team travel, tours, university trips, school groups and other organised travel.

Our Private Hire fleet includes different bus sizes to accommodate both larger and smaller groups, including our 36-seater PH09.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to welcoming many of you on board in the future. 🚌💙

🏃📸 You thought we were finished with the race photos?
Not quite! 😄

We’re back with another look at the people who made the 2026 IBL Spring Race such a memorable event.

This time, we’re celebrating more of the runners, winners, supporters, volunteers, sponsors and people working behind the scenes to bring race day together.

📸 Swipe through and tag yourself, your running buddy or someone you recognise!
A race is about much more than crossing the finish line — it’s the people who make the day.

Thank you for being part of ours. 💙

Happy Heritage Day, Bapalami!
Today we celebrate the cultures, languages, traditions and stories that make our communities so special. Every day, our buses bring together people from different families, neighbourhoods and walks of life, each with a story and heritage of their own.

At IBL, we are proud to serve communities with such a rich and diverse heritage and to be part of the journeys that connect us.

However you choose to celebrate today, may you do so with pride in where you come from and appreciation for the people and traditions that have shaped you. Re motlotlo ka lefa la rona — we are proud of our heritage. 🇿🇦💙
