Airtel Africa has started FY27 with strong momentum, delivering another quarter of profitable growth driven by continued investment in network expansion, digital innovation and customer experience. The Group's customer base grew to 189 million, while increasing smartphone adoption and data usage continued to accelerate digital inclusion across its markets. Mobile Money also maintained strong growth, further strengthening financial inclusion and expanding access to digital financial services.
