One thing I’ve realized…
Child-focused work flows naturally for me. It’s purpose. It’s calling. It’s heart work.

But entrepreneurship?
Inventory. Invoicing. Delays. Demand. Pressure. Growth.
This part will stretch you in ways you never expected.

And here’s a truth I’m sitting with in real time…
You cannot do this alone!!!

Collaboration is necessary… but it’s also something I’m approaching with intention.
Because not everything fits the vision. Not everything aligns.

I’m learning that it’s not just about bringing people in, it’s about finding the right people, the right energy, the right standard.

So while I may not be fully there yet…
I understand that collaboration, trust, and eventually outsourcing will be part of this journey.

And still… we show up.
We build.
We figure it out.

Because this is bigger than business. It’s impact.
