YES. I USED AI TO MAKE THIS FIRST COVER PHOTO. 😂

And yes… I am fully aware that this is coming from the same woman who has been bitching about AI taking over everything.

The hypocrisy is not lost on me. 😂

But here’s where I draw the line.

I don’t hate AI. Hell, obviously I use it. I think it’s an amazing tool.

What I don’t like is what happens when we start using it to replace the human part.

I don’t want fake people.
Fake conversations.
Fake reviews.
Fake pictures being passed off as real.
Fake customer service.
Fake personalities.

And I definitely don’t want to get to the point where I can’t look at something online and know whether I’m looking at a real person or something somebody’s computer dreamed up.

Because I like people.

I like talking to people.
I like hearing somebody’s actual story.
I like the weird little imperfections that make somebody them.

I want REAL people doing REAL work.

Real conversations.
Real customers.
Real buildings.
Real mistakes.
Real personalities.
Real wrinkles. 😂
Real life.

So yes… I used AI to make a badass picture.

Because I think the technology is fu***ng cool.

But there’s a difference between using a tool and letting the tool become the person.

There is still a real woman sitting behind this page.

She’s loud.
She’s tattooed.
She’s occasionally inappropriate. 😂
She’s probably overthinking something right now.
She has opinions nobody asked for.
And she is 100% not AI.

So I’m not anti-technology.

I’m anti-losing the humanity because the technology makes it easier.

Use the technology.
Don’t lose the humanity.

That’s the part I give a s**t about.
