“Hi, my name is [NAME]. I’m a concerned member of the community supporting LaLa and her family. I’m calling to ask that every person who may have been involved in what happened to LaLa is fully investigated and held accountable wherever the evidence supports charges.

I’m not asking for confidential information about the investigation. I simply want my concern and my support for LaLa and her family to be documented and passed along to District Attorney Samuel Sanguedolce and the appropriate members of his office.”

If they tell you they cannot discuss an active case, that is completely okay.

We are NOT asking them to disclose information about an active investigation.

Please remain respectful. Our goal is not to harass or overwhelm anyone, it is to make our collective voice heard and continue advocating for accountability.

UPDATE — IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

A few days ago, I shared in the “Lala’s Army” chat that court had been postponed again. That chat has since been deleted. Someone from the chat shared the update publicly, and unfortunately, incorrect information has now begun circulating with it.

TO CLARIFY:
THE NEXT COURT DATE IS OCTOBER 6, 2026, AT 2:30 P.M.

I had not posted the update here yet because continuances are very common, especially in homicide cases, and I planned to wait until closer to September to provide the confirmed information. I also knew rumors would spread and I wouldn’t have the time to answer questions in detail.

The PA court docket is public, and I am attaching a screenshot directly from it. As you can see, on July 30 there was a Joint Motion to Continue Formal Arraignment, followed by the new court date.

THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH AN INTERPRETER.

MOVING FORWARD: When there is an update that needs to be shared publicly, it will come from Lala’s Legacy through me, Ameerah, or Antoine. We NEVER gave permission or supported any other deaf Vlogs and News pages to report or speak on our behalf or about update on the case. Those who have done so have since been blocked.

Please be mindful of what you share!!

Ruth, we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for Lala’s Legacy and for me personally. From the moment we connected, you have never stopped asking, “How can I help?” and then actually following through in the most meaningful ways.

You have generously purchased so many supplies to help spread Lala’s name and support our outreach. You are always willing to jump into the comments to answer questions, provide accurate information, and advocate for justice. Beyond that, you’ve been a constant source of encouragement, checking in on me, offering support, and reminding me that I don’t have to carry this mission alone.

Your kindness, compassion, generosity, and dedication do not go unnoticed. The time, love, and energy you have poured into honoring La’Niyah’s memory mean more than we could ever put into words.

We truly hope you know how appreciated you are, not just today, but every single day. Thank you for believing in this mission, for standing beside us, and for helping keep Lala’s legacy alive.

💗 Calling all of Lala’s Army! 💗

This Sunday we’ll be at the NEPA CHD Fest from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, located at Coal Street park and we’d love to see you there!

I’ll have information available about Lala’s Law, along with a QR code where you can quickly sign the petition and help us continue fighting for stronger protections for children.

We’ll also be handing out free LaLa’s army items while supplies last. If you’d like one, please stop by and say hello!
