1905 is a beautifully appointed, cozy, neighborhood bistro and bar with an airy roof deck that boasts beautiful views of the DC skyline. Our dining room is the perfect location for a special date, a leisurely meal with friends, a significant celebration, and everything in between. Join us on the roof deck for a breezy happy hour with colleagues or a birthday celebration with your family and friends while gazing at the Washington Monument. Executive Chef Joel Hatton and Pastry Chef Stephanie Milne specialize in crafting unique interpretations of your favorite comfort foods with an added southern flare for good measure. Most everything is made in-house including a rotating selection of desserts unlike any you'll find elsewhere in our corner of DC.
