Community Bible Study -Decatur, Alabama

Hey ladies! Whether you were able to attend Share Day or couldn’t make it, we’d love for everyone to join in here and share your thoughts. This is the perfect place for all of us to hear:

• What you’ve learned about God’s character
• How God has changed you
• How being part of CBS has affected you

Thank you for studying the Psalms with us this year! 💙

Tomorrow is SHARE DAY! Our last day together for year 2025-2026. How did we get here so fast?

In honor of share day we wanted to share some of our favorite photo memories from this past year.

We pray this year in CBS has been a blessing to you.

We pray we see you next year so we can do it all over again.

We pray you learned more about our precious, almighty savior and Lord through studying the Psalms.

All glory to God. 💙

“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” - 1 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭12‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Yesterday we celebrated the graduation of Sela Mote.

Sela has been a member of CBS for 13 years. She gave her life to Christ in the 5/6 year old class at CBS. She is also the granddaughter of Core Leader Susie Burns. She has great plans in the medical field. Sela said if she’s not where she said she’d be in 10 years, it’s because God clearly had greater plans for her life!

We wish her all the best as she seeks first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and in that we know all things will be added to her. Her family, friends, and CBS leadership who had a hand in her life prayed over her to send her off.

Thank you to her parents for raising a wonderful young lady and for letting CBS be a part of her story of faith. We love you, Sela!

How sweet it is to serve CBS! 🍨🍪🍒

Our “rookie” core leaders served Sundaes today to celebrate their first year as CBS leaders and thank everyone for their warm welcome. Thank you ladies for answering the CBS calling with a big, faithful YES! You have served faithfully this year.
