Our Thrive Tribe
We’re a team of dedicated locals who want to grow with businesses and brands that we believe in, as if they were our own. At Our Thrive Tribe, we are different.
In the digital world, social media plays such a pivotal role in helping small businesses grow. So much so, that many small businesses can get away without having costly websites or huge sales teams. We know, because we’ve helped make it happen. We are women owned and veteran operated company. We are sassy and outgoing. And we are everything you’ve been looking for! We believe that you can’t start a true relationship with someone by hiding who you truly are, so we are proud to be ourselves every day. We are comfortable in our own skin, and can translate that confidence through your own brand.

Don’t get us wrong, we love seeing those numbers climb! But a bigger audience does not automatically mean you are reaching the people who can influence a buying decision, open a door, make an introduction, or bring your name into the right conversation.
A like tells us someone noticed your post.
But when a DSO executive repeatedly engages with your perspective, an operator starts recognizing your name, an industry partner sends you a message, or someone approaches you at a conference because they have been following your content?
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. ✨
At Our Thrive Tribe, we look beyond surface-level activity and measure three kinds of momentum:
💖 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Are you consistently showing up in front of DSO executives, practice owners, dental leaders, and industry partners, or simply collecting an anonymous audience?
🦄 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Are the right people responding to your ideas, joining the conversation, visiting your profile, and continuing those conversations beyond the post?
✨ 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Is your visibility turning into recognition, invitations, referrals, warm introductions, inbound inquiries, and greater familiarity before the first sales call?
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺. 💫

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀. 👀
Because by the time you need the meeting, the DSO has probably already spent months noticing what vendors consistently shows up, whose perspective they trust, and whose name keeps appearing in the right conversations.
The DSO buying cycle is rarely built around one magical post, one perfectly timed DM, or one conference handshake. They are built through repeated exposure that turns:
✨ 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆
✨ 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
✨ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
✨ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
So, what should you be doing 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 you need the sale?
First, make your positioning unmistakably clear.
Then, share content that demonstrates your experience instead of simply distributing generic tips.
From there, intentionally build the right audience. A smaller network filled with DSO executives, practice owners, dental leaders, and strategic industry partners will create far more opportunity than thousands of disconnected followers.
Finally, nurture the relationships forming around your content. Respond to comments, thoughtfully engage with other leaders, continue conversations in the DMs, and create familiarity before asking anyone for their time.
That is how a future prospect can move from:
“𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴?”
to
“𝘐 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.”
“𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬.”
“𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸.”
Your sales cycle starts long before the sales conversation, and the leaders who understand that are not scrambling to introduce themselves when the opportunity arrives. They are already known. 💖🦄
If you want to become the name people in the dental and DSO space already recognize and trust, send us a message.
Let’s start building that visibility before you need it. ✨

For Sarah Ruberg | Personal Brand, building a women-owned business was only part of the vision. Building a team where women could grow, lead, and be heard mattered just as much. 🦄💖
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲.
Sarah has always believed in building women up, within our team and across the dental industry. Because this space is full of women with sharp ideas, hard-earned expertise, and the courage to build something of their own. They deserve to be seen for it.
On National Women-Owned Business Day, we’re celebrating Sarah, the women who make OTT what it is, and the founders making the dental industry brighter on their own terms. ✨
Now we want to celebrate yours: tag a woman-owned business or female entrepreneur in dental that more people should know about.
Tell us what makes her work special! 👇

One of our favorite shows is BACK this fall… Survivor. 🔥🏝️
And honestly, fall might be the best season for reality TV.
So naturally, we started thinking…
Who from the DSO space would we want to see on Survivor?
Who’s building the strongest alliance?
Who’s dominating the challenges?
Who’s finding the hidden immunity idol?
And most importantly… who’s getting voted out first? 👀😂
Here’s our DSO Survivor cast:
🔥 Nathaniel Baker
🔥 Nyasha Maringe
🔥 Doug Fettig
🔥 Janet Hagerman
🔥 Stephanie Botts
🔥 Dr. Avi Patel
But we need more people on the island.
Who from the DSO space are you casting on Survivor?
Tag them below and tell us WHY.
Bonus points if you tell us who you think would actually win. 🦄🏝️

SPARC turns the conversation you just had into your next LinkedIn post. 👀
DSO vendors and consultants, think about your last sales call, client meeting, or conversation with someone in the DSO space.
Did you talk about:
A problem you keep seeing?
A question you get asked constantly?
Something DSOs are struggling with?
A perspective that made someone say, “I never thought about it that way”?
That’s your content.
And that’s exactly what SPARC was built to help you capture.
After your next call, open SPARC and ask yourself:
“What did we just talk about that other people in the DSO space would find valuable?”
Then talk for 60 seconds.
SPARC takes what you said and turns it into a LinkedIn post that you can tweak, copy, and publish.
No staring at a blank screen.
No trying to “come up with content.”
You’re already saying things worth posting every single day.
SPARC just helps you capture them. 🦄✨

DSO vendors and consultants: some of your warmest leads on LinkedIn are probably sitting right in front of you. 👀
And most vendors aren't doing anything with them.
Instead, you're searching for new prospects, sending cold connection requests, and trying to get in front of more DSO decision-makers.
Meanwhile, start checking:
👉 Your company page followers
Who recently followed your company? If a DSO leader or decision-maker is there, they’ve already shown some level of interest.
👉 Your profile views
Someone from a DSO keeps checking out your profile? Don't ignore that signal. Look at who they are and whether starting a conversation makes sense.
👉 Your newsletter subscribers
They literally asked to hear more from you. Look at who’s subscribing, especially people you aren't already connected with.
👉 Your comments
Pay attention to who consistently engages with your posts. A comment can be the easiest opening to continue the conversation.
👉 Your existing connections
You might already be connected to the exact people you're trying to reach and have never actually talked to them.
These aren't necessarily ready-to-buy leads.
But they're warmer than a completely random cold message because there’s already a touchpoint.
And that's where business development on LinkedIn gets interesting.
Stop only asking:
“Who else can I find?”
Start asking:
“Who is already paying attention?” 👀🦄

We found a potential DSO client for one of our clients. Here’s what we did next. 👀
And no, we didn’t immediately slide into their DMs with a sales pitch.
First, we did our homework.
We looked at the organization, the person’s role, what they were posting about, and whether there was actually a fit.
Then we started building familiarity.
We connected with them.
Engaged with their content.
Paid attention to what they were talking about and what mattered to them.
And when the timing made sense, we helped start the conversation.
That’s the part of LinkedIn management we don’t talk about enough.
We’re not engaging just to increase a number on a monthly report.
We’re looking for:
👀 Potential DSO clients
🤝 Strategic relationships
🎙️ Podcast and speaking opportunities
📲 Reasons to start real conversations
Because for DSO vendors and consultants, LinkedIn should do more than generate likes.
It should support your business development.
Sometimes that starts with something as simple as noticing the right person is paying attention. 🦄

DSO vendors and consultants: posting on LinkedIn is only half the job.
You posted.
Great.
But did you respond to the comments?
Engage with the DSO leaders you want to know?
Start conversations?
Send new connections?
Because posting and disappearing isn't going to build relationships for you.
So we created a FREE resource:
The 15-Minute LinkedIn Engagement Routine for DSO Vendors. 🦄
It breaks down exactly what you can do each week to:
👉 Find the right people to engage with
👉 Leave comments that actually start conversations
👉 Build relationships with DSO decision-makers
👉 Turn engagement into new connections
👉 Track whether any of it is actually working
You don't need to spend hours on LinkedIn.
You need to be intentional with the time you're already spending there.

DSO vendors and consultants: how to slide into someone’s DMs without it feeling like a cold pitch. 👀
1. Find someone you actually want to know.
A DSO leader, potential client, podcast host, industry partner, or someone you’d genuinely like to build a relationship with.
2. Check if they’re active on LinkedIn.
Are they posting? Commenting? Sharing articles? If they’re never there, this probably isn’t the best strategy.
3. Spend a few minutes each week engaging with them.
And we mean actually engaging. Add your perspective. Ask a question. Share an experience.
Not “Great post!”
4. Pay attention to how they respond.
Are they replying to you? Starting conversations? Engaging with your content too?
5. Support what they're doing outside their posts.
Listen to their podcast. Read their article. Attend their webinar. Then share your thoughts or create a post about what you learned.
6. Keep building familiarity.
The goal isn't to comment three times so you've “earned” a sales pitch. 😂
It's to build an actual relationship.
7. THEN slide into the DMs.
“Hey, I've really enjoyed our conversations around ___. Would love to connect sometime and keep the conversation going.”
Now you're not a random person showing up in their inbox asking for 30 minutes.
They already know your name.
And if you need help figuring out whose DMs you should be sliding into…
