At 19, Connor weighed over 300 pounds. His motivation to make a change? Finding more clothes he loved. What began as a personal goal grew into a passion for health and fitness, and now he’s dedicated to helping others discover what’s possible when they take care of themselves.
Connor understands that everyone’s journey is different. He’s ready to share the tools, tips, and encouragement that helped him along the way, and help you work toward becoming your best self.
