Have you been wondering where the local greens have been? Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the seasonal shift happening on our farms!

As we move into colder weather, growing outdoors slows down, and our local growers begin transitioning to winter production. That means preparing greenhouses, planting cool-season crops, and giving those greens time to grow before they’re ready for harvest.

Growing local food doesn’t stop when summer ends — it just looks a little different! 💚

Our growers are busy getting their greenhouses up and running, and we’re excited to bring you more fresh, locally grown greens throughout the winter as harvests become available.
