All-SEC at LSU. Pro with Athletes Unlimited Pro Sports . Now leading TPF’s Athlete Spotlight Series.
Ali Newland has always played for more than the scoreboard. At LSU, she was a two-time All-SEC First Team player and the 2024 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She also made the SEC Community Service Team three times and won the conference’s Brad Davis Community Service Award. This fall, she took on AI as a Fellow in our AI Career Accelerator.
Every year, our Gold Jacket Ceremony at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame honors athletes for the impact they make beyond the game. Now Ali is bringing that to the rest of the year, telling the stories of athletes building communities, leading causes, and starting what’s next.
Know an athlete making an impact off the field? Tag them below 👇 We can’t wait to share the other side of the Athlete Journey!

Congrats to NFL Legend, Larry Fitzgerald on getting his No. 11 retired by the Cardinals.
First Ballot Hall of Famer both on and off the field. Philanthropist, investor, and Harvard Business School case study off it.
He’s also been honest that the transition was hard. When football ended, so did the structure, and mentors helped him find what was next.
Our founder Malar Patel got to talk with Larry recently, and that stuck with us. If a legend had to work through it, no athlete should feel alone in it.
If you’re an athlete figuring out what’s next, or know one who is, send us a DM or tap the link in our bio. We’d love to help.

Our founder Malar Patel shared a panel with hoops legend Jermaine O’Neal Sr on life after the game.
Jermaine went to the NBA straight out of high school and built an 18-season career, earning six All-Star selections and the league’s Most Improved Player award. He’s open about the mistakes he made early on and what he learned from them. Today he’s a wildly successful businessman and a true leader who shows up for his community, the youth, and the game in a real way.
Our big takeaway: the right support for athletes has to be built by hearing from athletes.
Athletes, whether you’re still playing, mid-transition, or years removed, DM us. What helped? What was missing? Your story will shape what we build next.

9 Athletes Unlimited Pro Sports pros. 4 teams. 1 network being rebuilt for athletes, by athletes. 🏀🥎🏐🥍
Networking is where opportunity starts, and too often athletes have to figure it out alone. So through the TPF AI Career Accelerator, we asked nine Athletes Unlimited pros to do what they do best: study the game, find the gaps, and build a better play.
For the last four weeks, they’ve been building AI-powered business cases for Arena to shape how a professional network can serve athletes across four moments that matter:
🎯 PREPARE: Walk into every conversation ready
🤝 CONNECT: Turn connections into recognition
🔁 FOLLOW UP: Keep every relationship moving
💼 CONVERT: Turn your network into projects and jobs
They’re bringing the same competitive edge, now applied to real business problems with Google AI skills in hand. 🔥
Meet the builders, all Athletes Unlimited athletes across basketball, softball, volleyball & lacrosse 👇
Team Prepare: Asia Taylor & Maddie Burns
