Wishing a very happy 1st Birthday to our youngest customer this week who requested an all natural smash cake made with gluten free oat flour and sweetened with maple syrup and banana. There's no refined sugar or articial dyes here! Frosting was made with maple syrup (or agave) and butter. For the grown-ups there were gluten free, dairy free and articial dye free cupcakes. Happy Birthday little one !

I am already preparing for the C-Street City Market this week. Fall Baking is dropping this week. BE AWARE that the Pride Festival is happening on C-Street and that the main street in front of the market will be closed. Did you know that you can park off of Benton, Robberson and the Blaine Street Alley behind Van Gogh's and the Pizza House and take the sidewalk between the buildings right through the heart of the Market? So make plans to come for all things apple, pear, pumpkin, cinnamon and vanilla sprinkled !
