The Royal

Pagoda’s Message was inspired by the Tenenbaum family’s longtime confidant, loyal manservant, and occasional knife enthusiast. Much like its namesake, it is effervescent, sharp, and tried and true. The sort of companion who is always there when you need him, though his loyalties have been known to come with certain conditions.

Made with coconut curry fat-washed rum, ginger ale, and lime. A dependable fellow, by any measure.

The Basque Nachos have been making quite a name for themselves abroad. At long last, they’ve arrived at our little corner of the world.

We suggest ordering a plate, selecting your favorite cocktail, and inviting a good friend. Certain matters are best handled together.

The Royal is accepting applications for suitable individuals interested in joining our small but distinguished crew.

A strong work ethic, a good disposition, and an appreciation for a well-made cocktail are encouraged. Nights and weekends are required, as are the usual virtues of hospitality.

The chill has finally arrived, much to the relief of those who have been waiting for it.

We consider this a suitable occasion for the Spiced Pear Hot Toddy. A modestly warming combination of brandy, spiced pear liqueur, vanilla brown sugar simple, and hot water.

It warms the hands, settles the nerves, and puts one’s spirit in a considerably better place.

Fall has begun to settle in, and our summer menu is preparing for its departure.

This is the final weekend to enjoy a few of your summer favorites.

Next week, our new cold weather menu will make its much-anticipated entrance.

It has finally begun to feel like fall, or at least to consider the possibility.

So, naturally, we’ve brought back one of our seasonal fan favorites: the PSL Martini.

It’s autumn in a glass, more or less.

It has been several months in the making.

For this particular menu, we took inspiration from our namesake, The Royal Tenenbaums—a family of considerable talent, questionable decisions, and generally excellent taste.
