Last week we celebrated 25 years with Patricia Putnam, who worked at Connecticut River Bank and now Mascoma Bank.
Patti has seen many changes, but she prioritizes adapting and keeping an open mind. It's the relationships with her customers that motivate her daily.
Thank you, Patti, for looking out for our customers and congratulations on this career milestone!

Just a few friendly reminders with the upcoming forecasted colder than normal temps:
1. Turn up your central heating system thermostat(s) even if you're toasty with a wood or pellet stove, mini split etc. at least a few times a day or more so water pipes or heating pipes don't freeze up from lack of heat.
2. If your garden hose is still hooked up to the outside faucet you should disconnect it. Frost-free hose connections need to drain out without the hose connected to work properly, otherwise it may become an in-the-wall sprinkler.
3. Leave hot and cold water trickling in problem areas. If a drain freezes put hot water and rock salt in and it will eventually chew through the ice.

Stay warm!
