Hello Residents,
Today we are experiencing a phone and internet outage. Xfinity/Comcast has confirmed the issue is on their end, and they are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
During this time, the office may be slower to respond to calls and emails. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this is resolved, and we'll share an update once service is back.
Thank you,
Meadow View Landing Team

🚽 Plumbing Do's & Don'ts for Apartment Living 🔧
Small habits = fewer clogs, leaks, and maintenance calls!
✅ DO treat your toilet like a toilet (TP + waste only — even "flushable" wipes aren't)
✅ DO keep grease & food scraps out of the kitchen sink
✅ DO use a shower drain strainer to catch hair
✅ DO report leaks and running toilets ASAP
✅ DO watch for warning signs: slow drains, weird odors/sounds, low water pressure
❌ DON'T flush anything just because it fits
❌ DON'T ignore a slow drain — it's an early warning
❌ DON'T hang stuff from pipes under the sink
❌ DON'T DIY major plumbing repairs — leave it to the pros
💡 A little everyday care keeps your pipes flowing and your maintenance requests to a minimum. Take care of your apartment, and it'll take care of you! 🏡💧

🌸 Spring Cleaning Tips for Renters!
Spring is a great time to freshen up your apartment — and protect your security deposit while you're at it.
✅ Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms & high-traffic areas
✅ Spot-clean carpets and use the right cleaner for your floor type
✅ Declutter first — less stuff = easier cleaning
✅ Report any leaks, mold, or damage you notice along the way
⚠️ Avoid abrasive cleaners that scratch surfaces, DIY painting without approval, and steam mops on vinyl or laminate floors — these can cost you at move-out.
Small habits now = less stress when it's time to turn in your keys. 🔑
