Hello, November! Let's Make Some Memories! 🍂

As the leaves fall and the days get a little cooler here in New England, it's the perfect time to slow down, get creative, and enjoy time together.

Creativity doesn't need to be complicated! It can be building a blanket fort, making something with leaves and pinecones, baking a favorite family recipe, or simply spending time doing something fun together.

This month, let's celebrate families, children, neighbors, volunteers, and the wonderful organizations that make our community stronger.

❤️ What is one activity your family loves doing together this time of year?

Let's inspire one another!

As October comes to and end and we continue into November and prepare for the autumn and winter weather that keeps us indoors... 🍂

We can still have adventures without leaving the house!

📚 Build a cosy reading den with blankets and cushions. 🎭 Put on a family puppet show using old socks. 🖍️ Draw pictures of things you spotted outdoors. 🥣 Make a simple soup together. 🧩 Create a treasure hunt around the house. 🎶 Sing songs, tell stories or make your own musical instruments.

Children don't need every moment to be planned or every activity to cost money. They need opportunities to explore, imagine, connect and just be children.

And sometimes, the best activity of all is slowing down and spending time together. ❤️

What's your favourite rainy-day activity? Let's build a little bank of ideas for families to share!
