We’ve had SO much fun with our themed barre classes this month! Thank you to everyone who joined in, dressed up, and made each class extra fun. We love a little creativity mixed with a good workout!

Our Strength, Balance & Mobility class is a gentle movement class designed for all levels and abilities. This class focuses on improving overall movement in a supportive, approachable environment.

MOVEMENT POP-UP CLASS 🙌🏼

Join us next week on Wednesday, September 16th at 10AM for a gentle movement class with Gayle Laurie focused on strength, balance, mobility, and stretching.
