With so many taking on this laborious and generally unpaid role, it is important that the health of caregivers is actively nurtured as well.

Nursing school visits! 💙🩺

Some of our Memphis, Tennessee team members attended University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing's Career Fair.

💬 "I've said it once, and I'll say it again: I love my job! Yesterday, we spent the morning at the University of Memphis connecting with their fall BSN graduates. We had the opportunity to meet with 150+ students who are working toward completing their RN licensure and beginning the next chapter of their nursing careers. One of the most rewarding parts of the day was learning that many students had never heard of private duty nursing or knew very little about Maxim. It was an incredible opportunity to introduce them to the services we provide and share the different career opportunities available within our organization. I couldn't be more proud to represent Maxim, educate future nurses, and help connect them with opportunities they may not have even known existed.
