That One Guy Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals

Had the distinct honor to be the first to be interviewed by Ms Drew Parkhill. Well, her dad was first but I was the first non family member 😊

This young lady did great! Stay tuned as she interviews other local business owners. Like and share to get the word out!!

Got beat by Lake Area last year...for junk removal 🤷🏼‍♂️ That is no shade on them, they are a great local company. Trash service maybe, but junk removal. Call them to get a piano out of your basement 😄

For real though, I am grateful for all of the support over the years. No social media campaigns to get people to vote for me, just let the cards fall how they fall. You guys have spoken.....THANK YOU 🫶

Overwhelmed by an estate cleanout? Let us take the heavy lifting completely off your hands. 🛋️📦

Whether you are handling the difficult task of settling a loved one's estate, preparing a home for the market, or finally clearing out a house, garage, or barn, That One Guy Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals is here to make the process entirely stress-free.

We don't just haul and dump. We take a thoughtful, multi-step approach to every property we service—and that directly impacts how we price our work.

Here is how our Full-Service Estate Cleanout works for you:

Fair & Transparent Pricing: Estates with high resale potential are directly reflected in our pricing. The more value we can recover and process, the more competitive and cost-effective our cleanout services become for you.

Direct Community Donations: We heavily donate usable furniture and household goods directly to local individuals and families who truly need a hand up.

The Resale Ecosystem: We selectively resell items through our sister storefront, Renewed Start Vintage Modern and More. This retail engine keeps our doors open and powers our entire business ecosystem.

Complete Property Cleanout: We clear the entire space from top to bottom—attics, basements, outbuildings, and heavy furniture—using our professional roll-off trailers and dumpsters, leaving the property completely ready for its next chapter.

Let us handle the hard work while making sure your estate's value works to your advantage.
