Unsure which level to sign up for or have any questions DM us 😊 Our general guidelines are below:

Foundations Level 1 - Beginners new to pole or those that have completed an intro to pole class.

Foundations Level 2 - For those that have a solid Climb, Sit, and one handed Jasmine

Foundations Level 3 - For those that have an Invert, Inside Leg hang, Outside Leg Hang, and a Brass Monkey

Foundations Level 2 Tuesdays at 6:10 & Sundays at 7:20 Will need a solid climb and 1 handed Jasmine. DM us with questions

Jaelyn started pole at home 7 years ago and transitioned to classes 4 years ago. She loves teaching combos and flows to music and also enjoys the higher level skills.

She is a current student at MSU studying to become a teacher.

At Flex & Flow Jaelyn teaches College Mixed Level classes Thursdays at 9:00 am and Foundations Level 2/3 classes Sundays at 7:20 pm. She is also available for private lessons, DM for information.

Pole Friends Halloween meet up this Sunday!!

This is a free event for anyone who has booked/attended a class this October. Wear your costumes (or black and we will have masks) take some fun pole pics, meet people from other classes and enjoy some snacks 🙂

Foundations Level 1 is designed for beginners and those that have taken our Intro to Pole class. These classes are structured, leveled technique sessions designed to take you from a complete beginner to a strong, skilled pole dancer. We focus on safety, proper engagement, and mastering specific tricks, climbs, spins, and transitions.

Masha has been pole dancing since 2013 and sharing her passion as an instructor since 2015. Throughout her career, she has studied under some of the best pole teachers in the industry, adopting their principles of consistent, step-by-step learning. In her classes, you can expect slow but steady progress. She believes in never forcing your body into tricks it isn't ready for, while still gently pushing your limits to climb higher than before.

For Masha, learning is a journey full of ups and downs—and that is exactly what makes it so unique and exciting! It's all about enjoying the dance, connecting with the music, and having fun, whether you are practicing solo or with friends. With extensive experience performing and competing internationally, Masha loves the stage and is always ready to share her knowledge and support you if you ever decide to compete. Some of her absolute favorite things to do are double and triple pole tricks and group choreography.

Off the pole, Masha is a proud cat mom to three sweet boys, an active member of the Springfield vegan community, and an enthusiast for tennis, hiking, and road trips.

At Flex and Flow Pole Studio, she teaches Pole Foundations Level 3 and Choreo classes. Private lessons are also available for booking!
