Physical Therapy By Phoenix - Springfield

Life gets busy, routines get disrupted, and sometimes workouts get missed. A few extra treats and less movement aren’t going to undo your progress—but when those small choices become habits, they can start to add up.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s consistency. Get back to moving, fuel your body well, and keep showing up for yourself. Small choices make a big difference in how you feel, move, and perform. 💪

Progress isn’t about never missing a day. It’s about not letting one missed day turn into a pattern.

🧡🖤 Happy National Physical Therapy Month! 🖤🧡

October is all about celebrating the movement, strength, and recovery that physical therapy makes possible! 💪🏼

At Phoenix Physical Therapy, we’re proud to help our patients get back to doing what they love, overcome obstacles, and reach their goals. We’re grateful for our incredible team and the opportunity to make a difference in our community every day!

Here’s to stronger bodies, healthier futures, and moving better together! 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

“I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD ENJOY GETTING TO GO TO PHYSICAL THERAPY LIKE I DID HERE FOR 9 MONTHS.

I TORE MY ACL AND KILEY WAS THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON BUT ALSO MOST KIND. SHE ENCOURAGED ME TO KEEP GOING AND HELPED ME GET BACK QUICKER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.

PHOENIX ALWAYS FELT SO MUCH LIKE A HOME INSTEAD OF A PLACE I HAD TO GO TO.”

Please join us in welcoming our newest PT Tech, Easton! He is originally from Gainesville, Missouri, and is currently studying Exercise Science at Missouri State University on the pre-PT track. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, playing basketball, and cheering on his favorite team, the Chicago Bears. We’re excited to have him on the team as he works toward his goal of becoming a physical therapist!

Meet our newest teammate, Troy! Troy earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, after also getting his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science there.

Troy has advanced training in dry needling and manual therapy and enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. His clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, sports performance and recovery, and helping patients return to the activities and lifestyles that are most important to them. He is committed to help patients reduce pain, improve movement, and achieve their highest level of function.

Troy grew up in Reeds Spring, Missouri, and has strong appreciation for staying active and being involved in the outdoors. His passion for fitness and movement continues to influence his approach to physical therapy and his dedication to helping others feel confident in what their bodies can do. Outside of the clinic, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife, being outdoors, and training at the gym.

We are proud to support our local gyms this Friday!! 🏋🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏼
