Sometimes, the one who takes care of others needs taken care of too. Thank you Golden Acorn Modern Apothecary for leaving these for me when I said I was under the weather! 🤧

Curious about ***r and ? Here’s what the maker says:

This is a great description of Fire C***r (apple 🍎 c***r vinegar based) and Elderberry Syrup (honey 🍯 based).

They both work hand in hand together.

Elderberry Syrup: The Direct Shield 🛡️
• What it does: Directly interferes with a virus's ability to pierce your cell walls and replicate.
• The Energy: Cooling, drying, and toning.
• Use it for: Daily prevention, boggy or "wet" fluid-heavy colds, and soothing raw, irritated throats.
• The Takeaway: Think of elderberry as your immune system's defensive shield, coordinating your body's early response to invaders.

Fire C***r: The Moving Engine 🔥
• What it does: Floods the body with heat to dilates blood vessels, thin stubborn mucus, and force blood flow to your periphery to sweat out bugs.
• The Energy: Hot, sharp, and highly moving.
• Use it for: Deep chills, stuck sinus pressure, a sluggish metabolism, or heavy digestion.
• The Takeaway: Think of fire c***r as a systemic restart button that flushes out stagnation and wakes up the gut-immune connection.

We are ALL better when we ! 🐝

Happy to be a part of a ‘good’ news story on WHIO. Yesterday, we hosted a couple news outlets at Busy Bee Shared Use Commercial Kitchen so they could see the Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley Good Connections team in action, where Adults with Developmental Disabilities learn and practice culinary job skills while catering lunch for a Senior Day program AND work toward the skills needed to gain employment! Love ❤️ being a small part of their story!

It may still be warm outside but the holidays are calling! 🎄 Who wouldn’t want to get a jump start on the magic of Christmas 🎁 while supporting local business? The shops of Historic Springboro are hosting a special holiday preview party November 12, 4-8pm. I hope you’ll join us! 🤶

What a gift 🎁 to our community! Can’t wait to welcome Essential Yoga and Wellness in this new capacity to Historic Springboro!

Exciting changes are happening at Essential Yoga Wellness. We are a few short weeks away from sharing space and community in our new location!

Built around 1815 by Jonathan Wright, the founder of Springboro, this home has been part of our community’s story for more than 200 years. Jonathan Wright and his family lived here, and the house was also connected to Springboro’s early Quaker community. During a time when Springboro became an important stop on the Underground Railroad, the home served as one of the places connected to that history.

Think about that for a moment.

A home that has witnessed generations of people gathering, learning, seeking freedom, building community, and caring for one another…

And now, it will become a place for movement, breath, wellness, connection, and belonging.

That feels pretty special. ❤️

We’re honored to continue the story of this historic home while creating something new within its walls.

Essential Yoga & Wellness at the Wright House.

A place to slow down.
A place to breathe.
A place to gather.
A place to take care of yourself.
A place for every body.

We can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter.

🌿 Rooted in Springboro. Rooted in history. Rooted in community.

More details about our new location coming soon!

Did someone say gift 🎁 basket? 🧺 Making gift baskets that feature local and small business is my love language. 😆. I can’t wait to add these items to some of mine this holiday season. Also, we may have had a sneak taste of the Chai Sugar and wow 🤩, if I were you, I would start with that for sure! 😋
