PHP developers issue new version to fix critical vulnerabilities Developers of the ​PHP programming language said a ‌set of new updates fixing two previously identified critical vulnerabilities was now ​live and strongly encouraged users ​to update immediately.

Five new permanently affordable homes are now available in Jefferson County. Anderson Homes was proud to partner with the Olympic Housing Trust on this much needed community-focused project.

The Dundee Hill project utilized a community land trust model where the Olympic Housing Trust (OHT) develops and sells the subsidized homes to eligible households. OHT maintains ownership of the underlying land through a 99-year ground lease agreement.

OHT is currently accepting applications for the Dundee Hill townhomes. Please visit their website or view the included OHT flyer for more information or to apply for ownership.

Applicant Eligibility Includes (but not limited to):

Must have lived in Jefferson or Clallam County for the year prior.
Earn at or below 80% area median income (AMI) of Jefferson County.
Be able to afford all housing expenses without being cost burdened, including mortgage payments.
Be a first-time home buyer or not have owned a house in the past 3 years (as defined by HUD).
Qualify for a home mortgage loan.
Complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education course.

Beautiful craftsmanship is on display at the Chetzemoka Park picnic shelter in Port Townsend. We fabricated the timber frame components and trusses in house for this special project. Great work team!

Who’s ready for a swim? We are thrilled to reveal this spectacular pool house we just wrapped up near Port Angeles. What a wonderful space to entertain and exercise in.

The pool house includes a bathroom, shower, spa, temperature-controlled swim current pool, and a robust HVAC system to manage the humidity and indoor climate. The building ties in perfectly with the adjacent custom home we completed last year. We’d love to hear your thoughts on this project.
