Most floor trusses aren’t perfectly flat. Once drywall goes up and the ceiling is lit, every dip and imperfection shows. That’s why we install a hat track system first to level the ceiling plane, so the finished surface is perfectly flat and even.

Most builders treat an electrical box as finished once the wiring is in. But every knockout and wire gap left unsealed is a crack air can travel through. We pack fire putty around the back of every box, switch, and plug along exterior walls, the same way we air dam every window, so the house stays as airtight as possible.

The shower is framed in the same marble as the countertop, including the knee walls, and curb. Instead of capping the edges with pencil liner or Schluter, the marble finishes them cleanly. It’s an elevated, refined look, and it ties the whole bathroom together.
