Want to experience the magic of Raku pottery for yourself? Join us for a workshop!
We offer horsehair and glaze reduction-firing Raku at our studio every third Friday of the month. Over the course of three hours, you'll learn about the history of Raku, the different firing methods, decorate a piece of your own, and take it home with you at the end.
We also are happy to host private Raku events either at our studio or bringing our mobile kiln to your venue (so long as it meets a few basic requirements). Learn more at PaseoPottery.com or reach out to [email protected] for more information about our private offerings.

Your next chance to learn from handbuilding artist extraordinaire, Michelle Perrin, is coming up!
Michelle dabbled in ceramics and painting while working full time, but it wasnโt until she retired in 2023 that she was able to focus on the arts. She became a volunteer and started teaching at Paseo Pottery in 2025, where she has become a much beloved member of the community.
Her next class starts October 7, and runs weekly on Wednesdays from 2-4:30pm through November 11. Come learn with her!
This class is designed to teach students of all skill levels: handbuilding techniques including pinch, coil, and slab. Class registration includes a shelf, 25lbs of recycled clay, 5 free hours of practice time, and more!
