Bread of Life Ministries of Sanford
Salvation Army runs a navigation center in the Bread Of Life building Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-2:00 pm.
Bread of Life is a 501c3 nonprofit that serves the needy through various programs such as emergency shelter, free healthcare, food pantry, meals for life, and clothing. There you can eat hot breakfast, shower, wash clothes and get helpful resources. On Thursdays from 12pm to 4pm you can also get groceries from our food bank.

Our Cooling Shelter was open with 8 coming in from the heat.
Tues 8/11
Our Jumpstart fed 67 for breakfast and lunch. Pastor J gave a devotional on Acts 20:22-24 with the theme , Dont Be Moved By Your Problem.
Pastor J and Aaron went to Raleigh to bemring in food.
H3 stayed busy seeing patients.
Our Cooling Shelter was open with 7 coming in from heat.

Our Jumpstart fed 63 for breakfast and lunch. Pastor J j gave a devotional on Ps. 11:3-4 with the theme , God is still on His Throne.
We thank Rocky Fork Christian Church for providing lunch.
Our Food Bank stayed busy.

431 Global provided lunch for our Meals for Life. Pastor j gave a devotional on Ps. 30:5. With the theme, Nighttime Expierences. 75 came in to eat.

Pastor Forester went to Laurrberg to bring in food.
Our Cooling Shelter was open - 6 came in from tge heat.
Tues 7/28
Our Jumpstart fed 63 for breakfast and lunch.
Pastor Forester gave a devotional from 1 Ki. 19:12-13, with the theme, Hearing the Still Small Voice.
Pastor Forester went to Raleigh to pick up food.
H3 was busy with Dr Briggs.
CUOC gave out boxes for children for the last week.

We thank Branch of the Lord for bringing our Meals for Life and bringing a devotional. We had 75 come in and eat.

431 fed 60 after their service.
We thank our volunteers and staff for all of their work this week. Sarah, Carol, Roxy, Daniele , Bill, Sam, Avon, Aaron, Rodger, Jackie , Kathleen, Kate, Kim, Stan, Peggy, Donna and Justin.
We also thank everyone who has been bringing and sending groceries. They have been much needed, as we continue to provide food for nearly 800 people.
We also thank and acknowledge the Trust of Ruby & Ernest McSwain for a very generous unexpected contribution this week.
God is so good!

CUOC passed out 47 boxes of food for children.

We thank Flat Springs Baptist Church and Pocket Presbyterian Church for bringing food donations for our pantry.

God's Anointed Sisters in Christ provided our Meals for life. We had 80 people come in to eat.

We thank all the volunteers and staff over the past two weeks. SARAH, CAROL, ROXY, KATIE, BILL, SAM, AVON, ANDREA, KAREN, RUTH, DAVID B, DAVID J, RODGER, SHIRLEY AND JACKIE as well as the consumers who came in and lent a hand as well.
We are also grateful for the clothes and food donations that are unexpectedly received.
We continue to be grateful for the work that's being done and all the help and finances that we receive . And we continue to rely on His provision to keep it strong.
