The HSR Act waiting period for our acquisition of The Boeing Company's Wisk Aero, Insitu Inc., and SkyGrid businesses has expired. This satisfies a key condition to closing the transaction. Completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of other customary closing conditions, including receipt of certain other regulatory approvals, which are underway.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026 and is set to create an end-to-end physical AI platform for aerospace and defense, combining Wisk, Insitu and SkyGrid’s pioneering autonomy, electric vertical take off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and airspace intelligence technologies with Archer’s product suite and leading purpose-built AI foundation model, ZEE.

Archer Technical Blog: How ZEE Helps Pilots and Controllers Safely Decode the Airspace

Radio miscommunication errors are a contributing factor in a majority of reported aviation safety incidents, and on complex clearances, pilots misread instructions back roughly 1 in 4 times. That's a safety problem. We designed ZEE to help fix it.

ZEE, our foundation AI model purpose-built for aviation, has a proprietary speech engine that turns radio comms into a real-time, structured and accurate transcript to help pilots and controllers avoid miscommunications. It's 84% more accurate than general speech models in the aviation domain and runs fully offline and on device.

Built to understand the whole airspace — ADS-B, ATC comms, flight plans, weather reports and NOTAMs — decoding Air Traffic Control communications is just one of ZEE's capabilities.

Salinas Summer '26

Texas doesn’t do anything small, including how it welcomes the future of flight. Proud to be part of Project Nexus, Texas Dept. of Transportation’s eIPP program safely preparing the skies for next-gen aircraft across the state and beyond.

♠️ ACES in Texas ♠️

Electric aviation requires charging infrastructure to support it. With Texas preparing for operations under the White House’s air taxi pilot program, there couldn’t be a better time to start building.

America's Consortium for Electric Skyways (ACES), launched by Archer, BETA TECHNOLOGIES and Macquarie Group, plans to bring our interoperable charging network to Texas to support Texas Department of Transportation’s operations under the White House's eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP). We plan to work with TxDOT over the coming months to identify where charging infrastructure should be best located to enable operations.

Where we’re going, we don’t need roads.

On the heels of more than 70 test flights with Midnight in August and our recent successful roundtrip flight from Salinas to Monterey, we’re launching the ‘No Roads’ flight tour as as part of our participation in the White House’s Air Taxi Pilot Program (eIPP) and preparation for the LA28 Games.

The tour is expected to include Midnight flights in Monterey, Hollister, San Martin, San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco and around the Los Angeles area, as well as flights in Texas and Florida.
