We were honored to serve as a Premier Sponsor of Connected Futures: Women in Community, celebrating the remarkable women making an impact throughout the Bay Area.
Walter Adams Framing co-owners Keith Wicker and Lloyd Haddad were proud to attend, and a special congratulations to Autumn OKeefe for doing an outstanding job moderating the panel discussion. We were also thrilled to frame the San Francisco Magazine covers featured at the event, which made for a striking display and were a big hit with guests.
Our gratitude to Modern Luxury and St. Joseph’s Art Society for bringing together such an inspiring community and creating an evening centered on connection, creativity, and impact.

A silk scarf featuring a collage of vintage Lake Como posters becomes a vibrant focal point through custom framing. The scarf is set in a bold orange Confetti frame from Larson-Juhl, with a warm white mat providing a clean, neutral border that lets the artwork’s colors and details stand out. Museum Glass offers exceptional clarity while helping protect the delicate textile from UV exposure.
Custom framing is especially valuable for scarves and other textiles because it allows them to be displayed as artwork while supporting long-term preservation.

A silk scarf featuring the technical blueprint of a Le Labo Inc. perfume bottle is presented as a piece of graphic art through custom framing. The scarf is floated and carefully sew mounted onto a cream mat, allowing its edges and textile quality to remain visible while providing secure, reversible support. A sleek silver anodized metal frame from Nielsen complements the industrial character of the blueprint. Museum Glass with spacers offers exceptional clarity and helps protect the delicate silk from UV exposure.
This is a strong example of how custom framing can elevate a functional or fashion object into a sophisticated wall display.

Custom framing allows memories to be turned into a visual story. We framed this signed poster, photo, and tickets from a screening of the film Airplane! in a cherry red Lavo frame from Roma Moulding. To highlight each component, three custom mat openings feature a bright red inner mat and royal blue outer mat. Museum Glass provides exceptional clarity while helping protect the display from UV exposure.
This is a great example of what custom framing can do for keepsakes that might otherwise remain stored away. By combining memorabilia of different sizes and formats into one cohesive design, the finished piece preserves the experience while creating a display that feels intentional, personal, and ready to enjoy every day.
