Fall brings plenty of seasonal favorites, and there are a few your dog can enjoy, too. 🎃🍎
Plain pumpkin, apple slices, cooked sweet potato, and green beans can all make tasty fall treats for your pup when served plain and in moderation.
Remember to remove apple seeds and cores and skip added sugar, butter, spices, and seasonings.

Have you tried a snuffle mat with your dog?
A snuffle mat turns treats or kibble into a game by encouraging your dog to use their nose to find each piece. Scatter a few treats throughout the mat, tuck some into harder-to-find spots, and let your pup sniff them out at their own pace.
You might be surprised how much they enjoy the hunt.

It’s almost Howl-O-Ween! 🎃🐾
Planning to bring your pup along for trick-or-treating? Costumes, candy, doorbells, decorations, and lots of people can make Halloween a lot for a dog to take in.
Here are five tips to keep in mind:
🐾 Make sure their costume is comfortable and doesn’t restrict movement
🐾 Check that ID tags and contact information are up to date
🐾 Bring dog-friendly treats and keep Halloween candy out of reach
🐾 Be mindful of decorations, noises, and other things that may startle your pup
