Never skip burping your baby, even if they fall asleep 💤

Please don't be afraid to burp them after they've gone down! Even if they stir a bit, they will be so much more comfortable and sleep for longer stretches.

Here's how to do it without waking them:

1) Start in the magic burp pose. Straighten their posture and put your hand under their chin and jaw to create a straight neck and spine
2) Gently pulse them forward to get the gas moving
3) Slowly assist them with waist rotations, keeping them close for warmth. Your calm energy is key
4) Gently twist their neck to release the most stubborn upper gas bubbles

A well burped baby is a happy baby. Save this one before bedtime 🤍

🧸 soft enough to double as a nursing pillow
📱 fold-out iPad holder for the stroller
🍪 a snack buffet the kids can reach themselves

How to burp your baby without getting up 🙌

This is my favorite one for middle of the night feeds. I always do it right after we side lie nurse.

The key is keeping their back straight and applying that counter pressure. I use my shoulder on her diaphragm and my back hand on her back. And then boom.

Don't be afraid to get creative about how you do it!
