Fall Invader Season is Officially HERE! 🍂 Most houses $160-$170 and no contracts!!!

We're out treating houses today and the boxelder bugs are already swarming! In my professional opinion, a fall exterior spray is the single most important treatment of the year. Now is the time to stop these pests before they try to overwinter inside your home.

What we target:

🪲 Boxelder Bugs
🐞 Asian Beetles
🐝 Wasps
🕷️ Spiders

The Local Difference:

Did you know a lot of pest control companies are switching to cheaper, generic products to cut costs? Not us. Our mission is to use the absolute best, premium materials on the market while keeping our prices reasonable. We want to help as many neighbors as possible and build our business the right way.

One spray will keep your home fully covered until the snow flies! ❄️

💰 Most homes are just $160–$170 (+ tax)
🚫 Absolutely NO contracts required!

Send me a direct message, text or call 612-554-2044, or comment below to get your home on the schedule before they get inside! 🏡🛡️

🍂 HAPPY MONDAY, everyone! 🍂

This week's Pest Focus is on MN FALL INVADERS — the trio that starts showing up on sunny siding and sneaking indoors as it cools off:

🐞 **Boxelder Bugs** — These guys cluster by the hundreds on warm, sun-facing walls looking for a way inside to overwinter. Harmless, but no one wants them in the house.

🐞 **Asian Lady Beetles** — Similar story — they swarm exterior walls in fall searching for cracks and gaps to sneak through, then show up on windowsills and ceilings all winter.

🐝 **Paper Wasps** — Fall is when nests are at their biggest and wasps get more aggressive looking for a spot to nest for winter. Eaves, soffits, and attics are prime real estate.

Why does this matter? A perimeter insecticide treatment creates a barrier that stops these guys before they ever find their way inside — way easier than dealing with them once they're in your walls or attic.

Most homes run $160-170 for a full fall invader treatment. We're local, we use real professional-grade product (not the generic stuff off the shelf), and there are no contracts — just honest, effective service when you need it.

🚨 STOP getting hoodwinked. STOP getting bamboozled. 🚨

You've seen the ads: 50% off your first spray! First application FREE!" Feels like a win... right?

Here's what's NOT on the pamphlet: that "deal" is just the hook to lock you into a year-long contract that'll run you ound $1,000 a year — for services you may not even need!

We're not here to bash the competition. We're here to bring some awareness. 👀

Because here's the truth: having a pest problem doesn't automatically mean you need recurring, repetitive service. Sometimes ONE treatment is all it takes.

While we are hearing about pricing rising tremendously in our industry, we are proud to still be priced amongst the lowest in the business.

How do we do it??

🚫 Our marketing budget is zero.
🚫 We don't have expensive office staff.
✅ We answer the phones and schedule your calls ourselves while we're right out in the field.

We are doing absolutely everything we can to keep overhead low so we can provide reasonable, top-tier pest control and put our clients first—full stop. We don't use generic products, and we NEVER charge you unless we actually perform a service.

If you want real, honest service without a contract, give us a try. 👊

Thanks again to everyone who recommends us and helps us grow! It means everything. ❤️
