Good News - Cycling After 60 May Help You Live Longer and Stay Independent, 10-Year Study Finds

Regular cycling may help older adults live longer and avoid long-term care, according to a 10-year study from the University of Tsukuba in Japan. Researchers found that older adults who cycled were less likely to require long-term care or die during the study period, with the strongest associations seen among people who did not drive.
