We are looking for a motivated and reliable Restaurant Manager to help lead our high-volume pizza restaurant. The ideal candidate is hands-on, team-focused, and passionate about delivering great food and great service.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Maintain quality standards for food, cleanliness, and customer service
• Train and develop team members
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Support a positive, high-energy work environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
Requirements
• Previous management experience in restaurants (pizza experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
