The Parade is creeping back onto College Avenue, and it’s going to be a spooktacular time for the whole family! 🧡🖤

🛍️ Spooky specials, sweet treats and fun surprises throughout the district!
This beloved Oakland tradition brings our community together for a day filled with creativity, laughter, costumes and Halloween magic. The event is presented in partnership with the Rockridge District Association, Rockridge Community Planning Council and the Oakland Public Library – Rockridge Branch. 🧡
And we're excited that Kelly S. Wright State Farm Insurance will be part of the fun at Halloween Hub #1, located at the Rockridge Library parking lot, 5366 College Avenue! Stop by for free commemorative trick-or-treat bags and some State Farm swag while supplies last. ❤️
