Domaine Belargus is a leading biodynamic estate in the Loire Valley, built around a thousand-year-old vineyard in the heart of Anjou Noir. Owner Ivan Massonnat built the Domaine with a focused long-term vision: to restore the nobility of the land and those ancient vines in deep harmony with nature’s biodiversity. The name comes from a rare blue butterfly, the Belargus, a fitting emblem of the fragility, vitality, resilience, and grace of w**emaking, this region and this w**ery

The intimate evening will feature four w**es representative of his iconic estate alongside an array of straight-from-the-farmers-market bites. It will be the perfect blend of high level education - the opportunity to taste complex w**es and learn from Ivan’s passion and knowledge - with a small-scale, casual atmosphere which will allow for questions, reflections and greater learning.

Car camping w**e pro tip: choose liters. The price and style (fresh, uncomplicated, moderate alcohol) are right, they last a little longer, and most have screw caps for easy storage after opening. Keep your current liter, including red, in the ice chest; chilled is good, especially after a hike.
