The City of Oak Ridge invites you to join City Manager Randy Hemann on October 29 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Calamity's Coffee for a night of learning about city government and how it works. Get into the Halloween spirit at the Oak Ridge Community Band Halloween Concert! Enjoy a festive afternoon of haunting music, costumes, and kid-friendly treats. Costumes are encouraged for all ages, and little ones can even go trick-or-treating during intermission.

The City of Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Department is hosting the 44th Annual Children’s Halloween Party on Thursday, October 22, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at A.K. Bissell Park! Activities will be planned throughout the park, including trick-or-treating, hay rides, a pumpkin patch, a costume contest, food trucks, and so much more. So, put on your costumes and get ready for a night of fun!
