✨ SIT IN THE POWER ✨

Awakening Butterflies, this week’s practice is about learning to become still enough to feel your own presence, your own energy, and your connection to something greater.

Set aside 20 minutes, at least three times this week, to simply sit in the power.

Find a quiet place where you can be comfortable and uninterrupted.

Let your body relax.

Soften your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Allow your breath to become slow and natural.

As you breathe, imagine energy gently rising from your feet, moving through your body, and continuing upward through the crown of your head.

You might picture your energy expanding around you like light.

You might sense warmth, tingling, calm, spaciousness, or simply a deeper awareness of yourself.

There is no need to force a particular experience.

The purpose is not to “perform” spiritually.

The purpose is to practice being present with your own soul.

Let yourself feel your inner strength.

Your wisdom.

Your connection.

Your stillness.

Your sense of oneness.

You may wish to quietly hold the intention:

“I am present. I am connected. I am open to experiencing the power of my own soul.”

Then simply sit.

Breathe.

Notice.

Allow.

When your 20 minutes are complete, write about the experience in your journal.

For each session, include:

Day and time
How you felt before you began
What you noticed physically
What you noticed emotionally
Any thoughts, images, sensations, or impressions that stood out
How you felt afterward

Do this separately for all three sessions.

Then, at the end of the week, look back and compare.

Did one session feel easier than another?

Did your body settle more quickly?

Did your awareness change?

Did anything repeat?

Did you notice more peace, confidence, or clarity?

And remember: nothing dramatic has to happen for the practice to be meaningful.

Sometimes the deepest spiritual growth happens quietly.

Sometimes the “power” is simply realizing that you can sit with yourself, breathe, and feel whole without needing to chase an answer.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Reflection

What does it feel like when I stop searching outside myself and simply allow myself to be?

Sit in the power.

Own your presence.

Trust your inner wisdom.

And let the experience unfold in its own way. 💜✨

✨ SPIRIT GOALS: HOW ARE YOU BEING CALLED TO SERVE? ✨

Awakening Butterflies, sometimes we become so focused on discovering our gifts that we forget to ask a deeper question:

“How can I use what I have to be of service?”

Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably and spend a few minutes in meditation.

Take several slow breaths.

Let the noise of the day begin to settle.

Then gently set this intention:

“Spirit, what are the three most important ways you would like me to be of service at this point in my journey?”

Then listen.

You may receive a word.

An image.

A memory.

A person who suddenly comes to mind.

A feeling.

An idea.

Or simply a quiet sense of knowing.

When you are finished, write down the three things that stood out most strongly.

Maybe you feel called to encourage others.

To listen.

To teach.

To create.

To advocate.

To care for animals.

To pray.

To heal.

To write.

To support someone who feels alone.

Or perhaps your message is something much quieter, such as learning how to care for yourself so that you can eventually serve others from a healthier place.

There is no need to force an answer.

And please remember: this is not a permanent assignment.

Your purpose can evolve.

Your gifts can change.

The way you serve at one stage of your life may look completely different several years from now.

This exercise is not about discovering one rigid destiny that you must follow perfectly.

It is simply an opportunity to pause and ask:

“Where does my heart feel called right now?”

You can even revisit this meditation every few months and notice whether your answers change.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Reflection

Afterward, ask yourself:

Which of these three feels most natural to me?
Which one excites me?
Which one challenges me?
What is one small way I can begin expressing it now?

Service does not always have to be enormous.

Sometimes being of service means changing one person’s day.

Offering kindness.

Listening without judgment.

Sharing something you have learned.

Creating something that brings another person hope.

Or simply showing up with love.

Your purpose does not have to arrive as one giant revelation. Sometimes it reveals itself through the little ways you keep feeling called to help. 💜🦋✨

✨ CHANNEL SPIRIT: A MESSAGE ABOUT TRUE LOVE ✨

Awakening Butterflies, this is a simple channeling and automatic-writing exercise centered on the energy of true love.

Find a quiet space where you can relax without interruption.

Take a few slow breaths.

Let your body settle.

Then set the intention to ask:

“Spirit, what message would you like to give me about true love?”

When you feel ready, open your journal and begin to write.

Do not stop to edit.

Do not worry about grammar, spelling, or whether the words sound profound.

Just let the thoughts, feelings, images, phrases, or impressions move onto the page.

Write continuously for 5–10 minutes.

If your mind goes blank, simply write:

“I am listening…”

and keep going.

When you are finished, pause for a moment.

Take a breath.

Then read the message back slowly.

Notice what stands out.

Maybe the message is about romantic love.

Maybe it is about self-love.

Maybe it is about forgiveness, friendship, family, boundaries, trust, or allowing yourself to receive love in a healthier way.

You may want to ask yourself:

What part of this message feels most meaningful to me?
What does true love look like in my life right now?
What am I learning about giving and receiving love?
Where am I being asked to love more deeply — including myself?

There is no need to force a message or interpret every sentence spiritually.

Sometimes the wisdom that comes through simply reflects what your heart has been trying to tell you all along.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Reflection

“What does true love feel like when it is safe, reciprocal, honest, and free?”

Let yourself write from the heart and see what unfolds. 💜✨

🌿 Empaths, Energy & Protecting Your Peace

If you identify as an empath, you may feel deeply affected by the emotions, moods, and energy of the people around you.

Sometimes that sensitivity can be so strong that you find yourself wondering:

“Is this actually mine?”

That can be a powerful question.

When you suddenly feel anxious, heavy, irritated, sad, or drained, pause and check in with yourself.

Ask:

“Is this feeling connected to something happening in me, or did I notice it after being around someone else?”

You do not have to immediately believe every feeling belongs to you.

Sometimes awareness itself creates space.

And if you decide the emotion does not feel like yours, you can gently release it with the intention:

“I return what is not mine with love, and I keep only what belongs to me.”

🧛‍♀️ What About “Energy Vampires”?

We have probably all met someone who leaves us feeling absolutely wrung out after a conversation. 😅

They may dominate every interaction.

Complain constantly.

Gossip.

Interrupt.

Ignore your needs.

Turn every topic back toward themselves.

Or rely on you so heavily that you begin feeling responsible for their emotional state.

Some spiritual traditions call these people energy vampires.

I think it can be useful to focus less on labeling the person and more on noticing the effect the relationship has on you.

Ask:

Do I consistently feel depleted after interacting with this person?

Am I always giving while they are always taking?

Do I feel guilty whenever I try to say no?

Am I trying to rescue someone who is not taking responsibility for themselves?

That information matters.

Because being compassionate does not require becoming someone else’s unlimited emotional resource.

🪞 Practice #1: Turn the Mirrors Out

This is a visualization you can try when you feel emotionally overwhelmed by someone else’s presence.

Imagine that the palms of your hands are mirrors facing outward.

Rather than absorbing everything coming toward you, imagine that the emotional energy simply stops at your boundary.

You are not attacking anyone.

You are not sending negativity back.

You are simply saying:

“I do not need to absorb this.”

You can imagine the energy being reflected away, neutralized, or returned to its source with peace.

Think of it as energetic “talk to the hand,” but make it spiritual. 😂

🫧 Practice #2: The Clear Protection Box

Imagine yourself standing inside a clear, strong, protective space.

You can see out.

You can communicate.

You can love.

You can be present.

But you are not absorbing everything around you.

This can be especially helpful before going into crowded or emotionally intense environments.

Workplaces.

Shopping centers.

Hospitals.

Family gatherings.

Large events.

Anywhere you tend to leave feeling overstimulated or drained.

The goal is not to shut yourself away.

It is to remain connected without becoming porous.

🖤 Practice #3: Clearing Rituals

Some people like having a physical ritual that symbolizes resetting their space.

That might include:

✨ Opening windows
✨ Taking a shower or bath
✨ Tidying your environment
✨ Burning incense or herbs safely
✨ Using sound, prayer, or meditation
✨ Carrying a crystal such as black tourmaline as a symbolic reminder of protection
✨ Cleaning the space and intentionally imagining heaviness leaving with the clutter and grime

The object itself does not have to do all the work.

The important part is the intention:

“This is my space. I am choosing peace here.”

If you use smoke, candles, or cleaning products, always keep pets, breathing sensitivities, ventilation, and fire safety in mind.

💜 The Real Protection: Boundaries

Visualization can be helpful.

Ritual can be helpful.

Crystals can be meaningful.

But one of the strongest forms of protection is still a boundary.

Sometimes protection sounds like:

“I don’t have the capacity for this conversation tonight.”

“I can listen for ten minutes, but then I need to rest.”

“I care about you, but I cannot solve this for you.”

“Please don’t speak to me that way.”

“I’m not discussing that.”

“No.”

That last one is a complete sentence, even if our nurturing little souls would occasionally like to submit a twelve-page explanation with supporting documentation. 😂

🌸 You Can Be Loving Without Being Available to Everyone

Many sensitive people are natural nurturers.

That is beautiful.

But nurturing does not mean rescuing.

Compassion does not mean tolerating disrespect.

Kindness does not require unlimited access.

And being spiritually loving does not mean remaining in every relationship indefinitely.

There may be people you cannot completely avoid.

Family.

Coworkers.

Neighbors.

People in shared communities.

But you can still change how much access they have to your time, attention, and emotional energy.

You are allowed to decide:

when you engage

how long you engage

what you discuss

what behavior you accept

and

when you step away

✨ Reflection Questions

Who leaves you feeling nourished?

Who consistently leaves you depleted?

Where are you giving from genuine love, and where are you giving because you feel guilty?

What boundary would create more balance in your life right now?

And when you feel overwhelmed by someone else’s emotions, can you practice asking:

“What is mine, and what is not mine?”

🌙 Affirmation

I can be sensitive without absorbing everything around me.
I can love people without carrying them.
I can care without abandoning myself.
My boundaries protect the energy I need for my own life, purpose, and well-being.
I release what is not mine and return to myself with peace. 🌿✨

🧭 The Inner Compass: A Clairsentient Tool for Yes-or-No Guidance

Sometimes the simplest spiritual tools are the ones we return to most often.

One practice you can experiment with is what I like to call the inner compass.

Unlike a pendulum or another physical divination tool, this one is based on clairsentience — intuitive feeling through the body.

The idea is simple:

Your body may react differently when something feels true, false, aligned, or misaligned.

The goal is not to force an answer.

It is to become more aware of the subtle sensations that arise before the analytical mind takes over.

✨ How to Find Your Compass

Imagine a small circle in the area between your belly button and your rib cage.

Rest your hand there.

Now imagine a vertical line dividing that circle into two sides.

One side will become your personal YES response.

The other will become your NO response.

There is no universal rule about which side means which.

You are simply learning the language of your own body and intuition.

🌿 Start With Something You Know Is True

Begin with a very simple factual statement.

For example:

“My first name is ______.”

Choose something you know without hesitation.

Then notice what happens internally.

Does your awareness seem to pull slightly to the left?

The right?

Forward?

Does one side of your body feel warmer, lighter, more open, or more noticeable?

Whatever you consistently associate with the true statement can become your YES signal.

Then test the opposite.

Say something obviously false.

For example:

“My first name is Banana.” 😂

Notice whether the sensation changes.

That becomes your NO.

And don’t worry if the first attempt feels like…

absolutely nothing whatsoever.

Intuitive awareness often becomes clearer through repetition rather than appearing with fireworks on Day One.

🪷 Building the “Intuition Muscle”

Spend some time practicing with things you can verify.

Ask questions like:

Is today Sunday?

Am I wearing shoes?

Is my phone in this room?

Use questions where you already know the answer.

Why?

Because it helps you learn the difference between an intuitive bodily response and simply wanting an answer to be true.

Once you recognize your pattern more consistently, you can experiment with less obvious questions.

🔮 Using the Compass During Spiritual Work

For someone practicing psychic or mediumistic work, the compass can be used as a way of exploring impressions.

Maybe during a reading you receive an image of a watch.

Instead of immediately inventing a story around it, you might internally ask:

Did this watch belong to the person I’m sensing?

Was it passed down through the family?

Is there something significant about it?

Then notice your clairsentient response.

From there, you may receive another impression through clairvoyance, clairaudience, memory, symbolism, or feeling.

The compass doesn’t have to replace your other intuitive senses.

It can simply become another way of asking:

“Where does this impression want to go?”

💫 Using It for Your Own Decisions

You can also experiment with the compass in everyday life.

Should I pursue this project?

Do I need more information before saying yes?

Does this opportunity feel aligned?

Would it benefit me to wait?

Is this relationship or situation draining me?

But I would add one important piece:

Use intuition alongside discernment, not instead of it.

For major decisions involving health, finances, safety, legal matters, relationships, or other life-changing choices, let the compass be one source of reflection — not your only source of information.

Sometimes intuition says:

YES.

Sometimes it says:

NO.

And sometimes the wisest answer is:

“I don’t have enough information yet.”

That is guidance too.

🧭 Practice for Today

Spend one day noticing your inner compass.

Start with questions you can verify.

Then keep track of what you notice.

Were some answers clearer than others?

Did your body respond differently when you were tired, anxious, excited, or emotionally invested?

Did you notice yourself trying to influence the answer?

That part is fascinating.

Because developing intuition is not just about getting answers.

It is also about learning the difference between:

intuition, fear, hope, habit, and expectation.

✨ Reflection Questions

What does YES feel like in your body?

What does NO feel like?

Do you experience intuition through warmth, pressure, expansion, heaviness, movement, chills, or something completely different?

And most importantly:

What happens when you stop trying to force an answer and simply listen?

🌙 Affirmation

I trust myself to listen deeply.
I allow intuition and discernment to work together.
I do not force answers.
I notice what my body communicates with curiosity.
The more I practice, the more familiar my inner language becomes. 🧭✨

For my Awakening Butterflies and Light Seekers: if you try this exercise, share what your YES and NO signals feel like. I’m curious whether everyone experiences their “inner compass” a little differently.

✨ FEAR OF LOVE ✨

Awakening Butterflies, sometimes one of the hardest things to receive is the very thing we long for most: love.

We may deeply desire connection, closeness, tenderness, and support — while another part of us quietly keeps the door half closed.

This can happen for many reasons.

Maybe love has felt unpredictable in the past.

Maybe opening your heart once led to disappointment.

Maybe receiving love makes you feel vulnerable.

Maybe you learned to rely only on yourself.

Maybe being truly seen feels more frightening than being alone.

For this exercise, find a quiet place with your journal.

You may want to play a song that helps you feel safe, open, or emotionally connected.

Take a few slow breaths.

Then set the intention to explore this question:

“Why am I afraid to let people love me?”

When you feel ready, begin writing.

Do not worry about spelling.

Do not worry about grammar.

Do not edit yourself.

Let the words come without deciding whether they are “right” or “wrong.”

If you work with your higher self or Spirit, you might imagine that wiser, compassionate part of you speaking through the page.

Keep writing until you feel complete.

Then pause.

Take a breath.

And read what you wrote with curiosity rather than judgment.

You may want to ask yourself:

What am I afraid love will cost me?
What do I fear will happen if I let someone truly know me?
Do I confuse vulnerability with danger?
Am I afraid of being disappointed, abandoned, controlled, rejected, or hurt?
What would safe love feel like instead?

And remember:

You do not have to force yourself to trust anyone.

You do not have to open every door.

You do not have to share more than feels safe.

Healing around love can happen slowly.

One honest conversation.

One healthy boundary.

One safe relationship.

One moment of allowing yourself to receive care without immediately pulling away.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Reflection

“What would it feel like to believe that love can be safe, reciprocal, and gentle?”

Let the answer unfold in its own time. 💜✨

✨ BREAK FREE FROM BLOCKS ✨

Awakening Butterflies, sometimes the next step on our spiritual path is not about doing more.

Sometimes it is about noticing what is quietly standing in the way.

Set aside 15 minutes for a peaceful meditation with the intention of exploring any blocks that may be affecting your growth, intuition, confidence, healing, creativity, or connection to Spirit.

Find a quiet place.

Take a few slow breaths.

Let your body soften.

Then gently ask:

“Spirit, what blocks am I ready to understand?”

And then:

“What is this block trying to teach me?”

“What would help me begin releasing or working through it?”

You do not need to force an answer.

You may notice a memory.

A feeling.

A word.

An image.

A physical sensation.

A repeated thought.

Or perhaps nothing obvious happens during the meditation at all.

That is okay.

When the 15 minutes are complete, open your journal and begin an automatic writing exercise.

Write without editing.

Do not worry about grammar, spelling, or whether the message sounds profound.

Simply let the words move onto the page.

You might begin with:

“The block I am ready to understand is…”

or

“What I need to know right now is…”

Then keep writing.

When you are finished, read your words back slowly and with compassion.

Ask yourself:

Is this block rooted in fear?
Is it an old belief?
Is it perfectionism?
Self-doubt?
People-pleasing?
Fear of being judged?
Fear of getting it wrong?
A need for control?
Something I have outgrown but am still holding onto?

And most importantly:

What is one small, loving step I can take toward greater freedom?

You do not have to clear everything in one meditation.

Sometimes awareness itself is the beginning of release.

Sometimes the block is not asking to be destroyed.

Sometimes it is asking to be understood.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Reflection

What am I ready to see differently?
What am I ready to release?
What would freedom feel like here?

Be gentle with yourself.

Growth does not have to be forced.

Sometimes the way forward begins simply by creating enough quiet to hear what has been waiting underneath. 💜✨

✨ DISCOVER YOUR GIFT ✨

Awakening Butterflies, sometimes the best way to understand your spiritual gifts is not to force an answer — but to become quiet enough to listen.

Find a peaceful place where you can sit with your journal for a few minutes.

Take a few slow breaths.

Let your body settle.

Then gently ask:

“Spirit, what would you like me to discover about my gift?”

Close your eyes for a moment and simply sit with the question.

When you feel ready, open your eyes and begin to write.

Set a timer for 5 minutes.

Do not worry about spelling.

Do not worry about grammar.

Do not try to make the words sound beautiful or profound.

Just write.

Let the thoughts come as they come.

Try not to stop and analyze every sentence.

Focus more on the intention and feeling behind the words than on whether you are “doing it right.”

When the five minutes are finished, stop.

Take a breath.

Then slowly read what you wrote.

Ask yourself:

What themes keep appearing?
What surprised me?
Did anything feel especially clear or meaningful?
Did the writing sound different from my usual inner chatter?
What part of my gift might be asking for more attention?

Maybe you are being encouraged to trust your intuition more.

Maybe your gift involves healing, creativity, mediumship, empathy, teaching, writing, listening, or simply holding space for others.

Maybe the message is not about what your gift is yet — but about what you need in order to develop it.

There is no wrong answer.

And you do not need to force a spiritual explanation onto every word you write.

Sometimes this practice is simply a beautiful way to access thoughts, feelings, hopes, and intuitive insights that become clearer when the mind slows down.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Journal Prompt

“Spirit, what would you like me to discover about my gift?”

Write for five minutes.

Then read it back with curiosity, not judgment.

You may be surprised by what rises to the surface. 💜✨

✨ I SPOT SYNCHRONICITIES ✨

Awakening Butterflies, here’s a fun little spiritual-awareness challenge to try. 💜

Write the numbers 1 through 99 on small pieces of paper.

Cut them apart, fold them up, and place them into a jar, bowl, or container.

Give them a good shuffle.

Then, each morning when you wake up, reach in and pull one number.

Look at it.

Remember it.

And then your mission — should you choose to accept it 😄 — is to notice that number throughout your day.

Maybe it appears on:

A clock
A receipt
A license plate
A page number
An address
A room number
A total
A phone number
A social media post
Or somewhere completely unexpected

At the end of the day, count how many times you noticed it.

But here’s the most important part:

Don’t force it.

Don’t go hunting so hard that every appearance has to mean something.

Simply stay aware and curious.

This exercise can help you notice how often certain patterns stand out once your attention is focused on them. And if you experience synchronicities spiritually, you can also use it as an opportunity to reflect on whether any of those moments felt especially meaningful.

Ask yourself:

“Where did I see this number?”

“What was I thinking or feeling at the time?”

“Did any particular appearance feel significant to me?”

You may even want to keep a little Synchronicity Journal and record your number each day along with anything interesting that happened around it.

At the end of a week, look back and see what you notice.

Maybe it simply made you more observant.

Maybe certain numbers developed personal associations.

Maybe one appearance made you stop at exactly the moment you needed to.

Sometimes synchronicity is less about receiving a dramatic message and more about becoming present enough to notice the little patterns woven throughout everyday life. ✨

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Challenge:
Pick your number.
Stay curious.
Notice what finds you.

And if you try it, come back and tell us:

What number did you pull, and where did you spot it? 💜🔢✨

09/18/2026

✨ ANGEL MESSAGES THROUGH NUMBERS ✨

Awakening Butterflies, have you ever noticed certain numbers seem to follow you throughout the day?

Maybe you keep seeing 111, 333, 555, or perhaps random numbers on receipts, clocks, license plates, addresses, or totals suddenly catch your attention.

Instead of immediately deciding what those numbers must mean, try turning them into a personal spiritual-awareness exercise. 💜

For one full day, keep a small notebook or note on your phone nearby.

Whenever a number catches your attention, write it down in the order you noticed it.

It might be:

11:11 on the clock.
A receipt total of $7.77.
A license plate containing 555.
Room 13.
A page number that suddenly stands out.

At the end of the day, sit somewhere peaceful and look back over what you recorded.

Then take each number one at a time.

Ask yourself:

“What does this number symbolize to me?”

You can also look up traditional numerology or angel-number interpretations if that is part of your practice, but notice which meanings genuinely resonate rather than feeling obligated to accept somebody else’s definition.

Then begin piecing the meanings together as though you were creating a message for yourself.

For example, imagine you repeatedly noticed:

7 • 10 • 13

You might interpret them symbolically like this:

7 may represent introspection, spiritual development, intuition, learning, or going deeper within yourself.

10 may symbolize the completion of one cycle and the beginning of another — a reminder to trust yourself as you move in a new direction.

13 may represent transformation, growth through change, releasing an old pattern, and allowing something new to emerge.

Put together, your reflection might become:

“I am being invited to trust my inner wisdom as I move into a new chapter. Change may be asking me to release something familiar, but I can approach this transition with curiosity, faith, and greater trust in myself.”

That becomes your own mini intuitive reading. ✨

And remember: numbers do not have to be predictions.

Sometimes noticing them simply gives us a reason to slow down, reflect, and pay attention to what is already happening inside us.

🦋 Awakening Butterfly Challenge

Try this for one day:

Notice.
Write it down.
Reflect.
Interpret each number individually.
Then see what story appears when you put them together.

And most importantly, ask:

“What does this message mean to me right now?”

If you try the exercise, come back and share the numbers that followed you and the message you created from them. 💜🔢✨
