WheelCare is investing in advanced driver education through the Community Transportation Association of America’s Passenger Assistance, Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) program.

Recognized as an industry standard for passenger transportation, CTAA PASS training builds upon our existing onboarding process with additional instruction in:

✓ Passenger assistance and sensitivity
✓ Disability awareness
✓ Emergency preparedness
✓ Wheelchair safety and securement
✓ Safe, respectful transportation practices

Our drivers are currently working toward CTAA PASS certification as part of our continued commitment to safer, more professional transportation.

This process requires a significant investment of time and resources—but we believe our passengers deserve drivers who are prepared to provide more than just a ride. They deserve a higher standard of care.
