Confirm booking: for me to confirm your appointment it requires a non refundable deposit of 25$...only then will your appointment be confirmed

Cancellations: please cancel at lease 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment a 25$ service charge will apply. No Show No Call: if you don’t make your appointment and don’t have the courtesy to cancel you will have to pay half of the service charge before book again

Being Late: I understand things happen so i give you a 15 min grace period but after that it is $10 extra for every 20 minutes if it goes to an hour you will forfeit your appointment and the No Show No Call rule kicks in
